HOW WE WORK

You see working software every two weeks. Nothing is a surprise.

Most offshore engagements fail on communication, not code. Our process exists to remove that risk — fixed scope, visible progress, and a named person you can call.

Pick the model that fits the risk

Three ways to work with us. Most clients start small and move to a dedicated team once the first delivery lands.

START HERE

Pilot project

A two-to-four week slice of real work. You judge the code, the communication and the pace before committing to anything larger.

Best when you have not worked with us yet Billed as one fixed fee Exit at the end, no obligation
MOST COMMON

Fixed-price project

Defined scope, agreed price, agreed date. You approve and pay per milestone — no large deposit and no invoice you did not expect.

Best when the requirement is clear Billed per approved milestone Price holds for the agreed scope
FOR ROADMAPS

Dedicated team

A ring-fenced team working only on your product, month to month. You set the priorities each sprint; we handle staffing and continuity.

Best when scope evolves month to month Billed monthly per person Notice to scale up or down

Five phases. And what you hold at the end of each.

Every phase closes with something concrete in your hands — not a status update.

WEEK 1

Discovery

Us, with your input

We interrogate the requirement, map the user journeys, choose the stack and identify the risks that could move the date.

YOU RECEIVE
Written scope document Stack recommendation Fixed-price estimate
WEEK 2–3

Design

You approve before code starts

Wireframes then high-fidelity screens for the core flow, assembled into something you can click through on your own phone.

YOU RECEIVE
Figma file, shared Clickable prototype Sprint plan
ONGOING

Build sprints

Two weeks each

Engineering in two-week cycles with daily standups, continuous integration and a live demo at the close of every sprint.

YOU RECEIVE
Installable build, fortnightly Recorded demo Burn-down against scope
2–3 WEEKS

Hardening

Before anything ships

Device-matrix QA, performance profiling, a security pass and the store or launch assets prepared under your accounts.

YOU RECEIVE
QA report & device matrix Security review notes Store listing assets
LAUNCH

Ship & hand over

Then support, if you want it

Submission or deployment, monitoring switched on, and a walkthrough session so your team could carry the product without us.

YOU RECEIVE
Architecture documentation Recorded handover session Full repository access

A week in the engagement

MID-SPRINT, TYPICAL
DAILY
Standup, 15 minutes

Progress, blockers, what is next. You are welcome to join or read the written summary.

ANY TIME
Shared Slack channel

Your team and ours in one channel, answered inside your working day rather than overnight.

WEEKLY
Written status report

Completed, in flight, at risk. Short enough to read, specific enough to act on.

FORTNIGHTLY
Demo & build

A live walkthrough and an installable build. Feedback goes into the next sprint plan.

Who you'll work with

A typical project team. You deal with the project manager; everyone else is available when you want them.

What happens when things move

Scope changes and estimates slip on every software project. What matters is what the contract says when it does.

SCOPE CHANGE

Quoted before it starts

A change request gets its own written estimate and your approval before any work on it begins. Never a surprise line at the end of a sprint.

FIXED PRICE

Our estimate, our risk

If a fixed-price build takes longer than we estimated and the scope has not changed, the price does not move. That is the point of fixed price.

FIRST MILESTONE

Money-back if it misses

If the first milestone does not meet what we agreed, you get a full refund and keep the code. Starting with us costs you nothing to test.

CONFIDENTIALITY

NDA before the first call

We sign a binding NDA before we hear the idea. Ours is downloadable, or we will sign yours.

OWNERSHIP

Yours from the first commit

Full IP and source code ownership, with no transfer step at the end because it was never held anywhere else.

LEAVING

No lock-in, ever

Documentation and a handover session mean your team or another agency can pick the product up. We would rather be chosen than needed.

Common questions

How involved do we need to be?

Roughly two hours a week: the fortnightly demo, plus decisions when we need them. Clients who want daily standup access get it, but the process does not depend on you being there.

What if we do not know the full scope yet?

Then fixed price is the wrong model. Start with discovery as a paid engagement, or run a dedicated team and set priorities sprint by sprint.

Can you work with our in-house engineers?

Yes. We join your repository, your board and your review process rather than running a parallel one, and our tech lead works to your standards.

What happens after launch?

Either your team takes over with the documentation and handover session, or we continue under a support SLA with monitoring and an agreed response time.
